Kate is seen here at Spike TV’s 2008 Scream Awards presenting the first ever Scream Legend award to the one-and-only, Sir Anthony Hopkins(pictured inside). She looks absolutely beautiful and they definiitely made a wise decision choosing her to present to the charming, Mr. Hopkins. Kate has never taken a bad picture….at least not that I’ve seen.
